Some listings show reviews from Google. Here's exactly how they appear.
Where reviews come from
Reviews are loaded live from Google each time a listing is viewed. We don't write, edit, store or choose them.
Which reviews are shown
Google provides up to five of a business's most relevant reviews, and we show them in Google's order, good or bad. Alongside them we always show the business's overall Google rating and total number of reviews, with a link to read every review on Google.
Payment
Businesses can't pay to change which reviews appear or the order they appear in. Some businesses use our separate review service, which asks all of their customers for a review, not only happy ones.
